Hi, I’m Nisha.
I was raised in New Jersey by Indian immigrant parents. Growing up I learned to navigate my way through the different worlds I belonged to while translating across cultural divides and learning how to unite the different worlds into a cohesive whole. I’ve been translating and unifying ever since, bringing intuitive insight and practical tools together for real, concrete change. I am a career recruiter for biotech companies, an executive coach, and an intuitive reader, healer and energy worker. From my background to my work life, all of my experiences have harmonized into a multi-faceted approach that allows for understanding and change from the inside out.

The short story is that I graduated from Rutgers University with two B.A. degrees in Economics and Psychology. I began recruiting in 2004 and have worked primarily with biotech companies to bring together talent. I am passionate about continuing learning however I’m guided, and I remain open and grateful for my path in this life.
On the intuitive side, I draw from my knowledge of advanced Akashic Records reading, pranic healing, reiki, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Family Constellation Facilitation, and tarot and oracle reading.
When I’m not working my nose is often in a book (or my ears — I’m an avid audiobook listener), my hands are likely intertwined in a knitting or crocheting project, or I’m chatting with friends over a dinner of new-to-me cuisines and dishes.
My intuitive background is grounded in a variety of modalities and trainings to support you and your specific needs.

Akashic records are the gathered universal knowledge of past, present and future. I am both a Certified Advanced Akashic Record Reader through Linda Howe, and hold Akashic Personal Pathway Certification from Helen Vonderheide

Level II Reiki Healing
Reiki is a form of energetic healing, often hands on, that originated in Japan, and facilitates a transfer of energy to calm the emotional state and heal the physical body. I am a Level II Reiki Practitioner.

Advanced Pranic Healing
I have done progressive training in pranic healing, which is a type of energy healing, including taking basic and advanced classes, pranic psychotherapy, crystal healing, psychic self-defense, and pranic feng-shui.

Tarot and Oracle Card Reading
In addition to energetic healing, I also read tarot and oracle cards for additional support, to offer a straightforward and gentle framework for reflection and decision making.

Family constellation is a type of therapy that explore challenges and needs through the lens of generational patterns — and works to restructure those patterns. I am a System and Family Constellation Facilitator.
